Greece
Panionios feels well and today it has a great opportunity to further capitalise on its good psychology by beating Platanias at home. I am interested in the 1.90 odd for Panionios to win the game but the 2.25 odd for Panionios to score at least 2 goals is also a good choice.
Kalloni is a better team than Xanthi and has a greater motive to win the game in front of its fans, therefore the 3.10 odd for the team to win the game might be considered as an option to go for from this game.
Panathinaikos’ 2.40 odd to win its away game against Atromitos is pretty interesting especially when taking into consideration that Atromitos has had 1 win and 3 defeats in 4 home games whereas Panathinaikos is sitting on the 2nd position of the table
Cyprus
The 2.20 for Pafos to win its away game against Ayia Napa is not representative of the fact that Ayia Napa has only been beaten once in its last 4 games and even though I believe it is one of the teams that is to be relegated at the end of the season, it will still manage some wins here and there.
Apollon is hosting Ermis and I have to say that I am challenged by the 1.65 odd for the over 2.5 goals option especially when taking into consideration the many absences that both teams will have in this game. Especially Papoulis’ absence, Apollon’s top goalscorer, makes me consider this game as a possible upset but on the other hand I am also looking at the history of the games between the 2 teams in Limasson which says 8 wins for Apollon and 2 draws in the last 10 games between the 2 teams in Limassol.
Ethnikos looks quite well this year and it is generally a team that has a say at the backstage of Cypriot football. However, the 2.00 odd for Ethnikos to win its home game against Aris doesn’t do justice to Aris’ performances especially over the last month.
I have nothing really to say for the game between Anorthosis and AEK but you should have in mind that this game is to be played without spectators.
