Santon suffers Achilles injury: Serie A leaders Inter could be without full-back Davide Santon this weekend against Frosinone. The full-back has been diagnosed with a small haematoma in his right Achilles. Santon has been a regular for coach Roberto Mancini's side this season as they have climbed to the top of Serie A, where they sit level with Fiorentina on 27 points from 12 games.

Nasri ruled out for 3 months: Samir Nasri has suffered a fresh injury setback, with the Manchester City midfielder revealing he will be out for a further three months. The 28-year-old has been sidelined with a hamstring problem since October. He did not reveal details of his latest injury, but posted a picture of himself on crutches on his Instagram page with the message: "What doesn't kill you make you stronger. I will be back better than ever see you in 3 months."
His latest injury is another blow to Manuel Pellegrini, who has already had to cope with the absence of key players Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Vincent Kompany, Pablo Zabaleta, Fabian Delph and Wilfried Bony for prolonged spells this season. Aguero is expected to return from a hamstring injury this weekend when City take on Liverpool.
